Northern Ireland\u2019s\u00a0Gareth<\/strong>\u00a0has announced his forthcoming EP\u00a0Steal Your Thunder<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is due out\u00a0May 2nd\u00a0– available to pre-add\/pre-save\u00a0<\/strong>here<\/strong><\/a>. The 5 track EP will contain two unreleased songs – the title track and \u2018Time Don\u2019t Wait\u2019 – alongside the already released \u2018Last Thing I Do\u2019, \u2018Quiet In This House\u2019 and \u2018Last Thing I Do\u2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Gareth said of the upcoming release,\u00a0\u201c\u2018Steal Your Thunder\u2019 is an introduction of myself to the world. These songs are written and recorded with some of my best friends in Nashville. It shares stories of my life, my family, and my recent move across the world. I am thankful for all the support and feel incredibly lucky to do this as a career. The 24-year old, who is gaining immense traction for blending his Irish roots with his love of country music, recently performed at C2C: Country To Country Festival in Berlin, Rotterdam and London, where he brought his mum out during ‘Quiet In This House’ – the song he wrote alongside\u00a0GRAMMY winner\u00a0Shay Mooney<\/strong>\u00a0(Dan + Shay), and\u00a0Tofer Brown\u00a0<\/strong>about leaving home – social snippet available to view\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Gareth\u2019s debut EP\u00a0Changing Seasons<\/em><\/a>\u00a0was released in October 2024, and his cover project\u00a0Covers (From Across The Pond)<\/em><\/a>\u00a0includes his highly acclaimed and viral cover of Noah Kahan\u2019s \u2018Stick Season\u2019, which he credits for kickstarting his career. Gareth\u2019s version has received over 25 million views and has been streamed over 15 million times.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
