Nashville-produced follow-up to hit single ‘Watch Me’ features collaboration with country heavyweights.

Acclaimed Northern Irish country artist Gary Quinn is set to release his highly anticipated new single, ‘Poison’, on October 18th. The track will be available on all streaming platforms and serviced to radio stations worldwide.

Recorded in Nashville, ‘Poison’ marks the follow-up to Quinn’s successful single ‘Watch Me’ and showcases his continued evolution as one of the leading voices in UK country music. Produced once again by Nick Gibbens, the track was co-written with acclaimed Nashville singer-songwriter and good friend William Michael Morgan and features the renowned Jimmy Mattingly (Garth Brooks) on fiddle, bringing an authentic country sound with a modern twist.

Talking about the release, Gary Quinn shared:
“‘Poison’ is a song about temptation, desire, and the struggle between what the heart wants and what the mind knows is best. Working with William Michael Morgan on this track was a fantastic experience, and having Jimmy Mattingly’s iconic fiddle sound really brings that authentic country feel to life. I’m excited for fans to hear it.”

Full studio production version is out this Friday

After a busy summer playing Black Deer Festival, Buckle & Boots and shows in Ireland and Denmark, Gary will continue to take his music on the road opening for US country artist Jeremy McComb on his UK/European tour in November.

With Quinn’s signature heartfelt vocals and captivating storytelling, ‘Poison’ offers a dynamic blend of contemporary country with traditional influences, further cementing his reputation as a leader in the UK country scene.

The single will be available on all major streaming platforms on Oct 18th.
