EXCLUSIVE: CMNI Catches up with Robert Mizzell
Robert Mizzell recently played his first ever Belfast gig. Having been in the business for over 20 years you’d of expected a man of this stature to of been in this city before, but we were excited to of been a part of this momentous occasion.
CMA Fest takes place this week in Nashville. It’s the biggest Country Music Festival In the world, naturally as it’s coming from the home of Country Music! Running from 1972, this year it celebrates 45 years of bringing the best of Country to the streets. It attracts almost 400 artists from around the Country world.
We’re pleased to be providing music and some country craic this year at Ballymena’s Carfest & Truck Show, this Saturday, 3rd June 2017. We’ll be playing some great country tunes and interviewing passers by, whilst recording a podcast live on location at the show. We’re excited, we hope you are too!
On 10th January 2015 Eric Church smashed the record for concert attendance at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena selling a whopping 18,411 tickets, a feat that was stolen from him by Bon Jovi just over two years later with sales exceeding just over the 18,500 mark.
It has been confirmed by various sources that Garth Brooks will play three outdoor gigs in Ireland in 2018.
